About The Position

This is an Acute Care Inpatient Physical Therapy position within the MH Rehab Services department. The role is located at a Trauma Level II facility with Stroke Certification. The facility has 488 total staffed beds and utilizes Epic for charting. Free parking is available.

Requirements

• CA License Required (may submit with license pending with proof of submission).
• 2 Years of Experience Required (may screen for less, but must be able to work independently).
• Acute Care Experience is a hard stop requirement.
• BLS certification required.
• Comfortable working in a Trauma Level II facility environment if no prior trauma experience.
• Must be able to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Trauma experience is highly preferred.
• First-time travelers accepted with acute care and trauma experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care inpatient physical therapy services.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Float to Providence Mission Laguna if required.
• Work 3 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) per 6 weeks.
• May be expected to work days on either side of holidays.
