About The Position

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time, school-based Occupational Therapist to support students in Morris and Minooka, Illinois. The position is on-site and requires travel between school buildings. The assignment runs from January 2027 through May 2027 and is approximately 35 hours per week, including consultation and therapy, travel, paperwork, and IEP meetings. The OT will carry and manage a caseload of 45 students, including 20 consult students, with 695 service minutes per week. The role supports ID and Autism programs at Saratoga, Transition Learning Center, Minooka High School, Minooka Intermediate School, and Minooka Junior High School. The Occupational Therapist provides services based on students’ IEPs and 504 plans, conducts evaluations and assessments, and writes reports addressing student strengths and areas of concern, including fine motor skills and handwriting.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
State Occupational Therapy license.
