About The Position
Infinity Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join its therapy team at Fairview Manor in Fairmont, Nebraska. The therapist will provide occupational therapy services to adult residents with a range of medical conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. Services include assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation, and communication, and are provided under physicians’ orders. The therapist will also supervise and support COTAs. The organization welcomes new graduates and offers mentorship as they learn and develop in the role.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in occupational therapy.
- State license.

- One year of experience as an occupational therapist.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and other medical conditions.
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication, under physicians’ orders.
- Supervise COTAs, directing and supporting them in caring for patients.
