About The Position

IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is the premier provider of outpatient Physical & Hand Therapy in the Northwest, deeply embedded into its communities and striving to make a positive impact. IRG offers a fun, dynamic, and supportive environment for patients and employees. This role involves treating patients with post-operative hand and upper extremity conditions, arthritis, CVA/stroke, general orthopedic pain, degenerative conditions, tendon and nerve injuries, and performing custom splint fabrication, wound care, and functional upper extremity rehabilitation. Opportunities exist to work with occupational therapy students and job-shadow applicants. The position features an enhanced compensation model with revenue sharing, allowing therapists to earn additional income while maintaining 1:1 patient care. This professional model emphasizes autonomy, clinical growth, patient impact, and rewards value creation to reduce burnout.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities
• Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high-stress environment
