Health Conservation, Inc. (HCI) is hiring established two-person teams to travel throughout the United States and provide workplace hearing and respiratory health screenings at industrial and corporate facilities. Both team members share customer service, vehicle and equipment operation, testing-site setup, direct interaction with client employees, and completion of required testing documentation. Previous occupational health experience is not required; HCI provides approximately six weeks of paid training and certification before independent field assignments. This is a full-time, 100% over-the-road role. Teams may travel approximately 340 or more days per year throughout HCI’s continental U.S. service territory, with extended periods away from home and hotel living. Assignments can include weekdays and weekends, early mornings, and varying schedules. Teams work independently without daily on-site supervision. Opportunities include Class A CDL teams, Class B CDL teams, and teams with standard driver’s licenses and no CDL; the non-CDL role involves more hands-on equipment movement and setup. The annual team base salary is $55,000, plus team per diem and bonuses. The team per diem is $240 per eligible travel day, seven days per week while on eligible HCI travel; at approximately 340 eligible travel days, a team can receive up to $81,600 annually in per diem. Per diem is intended to cover hotel, meals, and incidentals. Additional approved hotel reimbursement is available when reasonable hotel costs exceed HCI’s $110-per-night lodging threshold because of local market conditions. Eligible continuing technicians may receive an annual retention bonus of $3,000 each after the first full year, paid in January and July.
