JLL is seeking an Occupancy Planner to join their Occupancy Planning and Management team. This role involves tracking, analyzing, and updating space data to develop scenario and occupancy plans for a client's portfolio in a designated region. The Occupancy Planner will foster relationships with various individuals and organizations, ensure coordination with business units like facility management for accurate growth projections, and support the implementation of planning strategies that drive construction projects. Regular facility audits, monthly reporting, periodic data audits, tracking and managing utilization data and trends, gathering space and adjacency requirements, updating space layouts, and developing space planning and block diagrams are key responsibilities. The role also focuses on planning and managing portfolios, maximizing space utilization, and assisting clients with migration plans, group, and individual moves by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data on supply and demand. Familiarity with space utilization methods and presenting utilization data is required, along with working closely with clients to reconcile discrepancies and track actual seat demand.
