About The Position
Sentara Medical Group is hiring an Obstetrics & Gynecology physician for its practice in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The position is with a collegial, dedicated team serving the community with high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting Sentara’s mission to improve health every day. Laborist support is available, and visa sponsorship is offered. The role offers a permanent guaranteed base salary with potential additional bonuses, an annual quality performance incentive, sign-on and starting bonuses, flexible schedules, loan-repayment eligibility, a retirement package with matching contributions plus an additional company contribution, physician time off, malpractice and tail coverage, and CME expense reimbursement. The practice uses a fully integrated Epic EHR. Sentara Health is an award-winning, nonprofit healthcare system with a physician-led multispecialty group of more than 2,000 providers. The position is based in Harrisonburg, a community in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley with access to outdoor recreation, cultural attractions, and James Madison University.
