About The Position
The OBGYN Physician provides outpatient obstetrics and gynecology care in Phillips and Medford, Wisconsin. The role includes general OB/GYN visits, surgical consultations, and gynecological surgery, including hysterectomies. The physician alternates weeks between clinic locations in Phillips and Medford, working one week on and one week off. The schedule is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with one Monday per month designated as a surgery day. There are no call responsibilities. Coverage is clinical only and is supplemental, beginning January 4, 2027, and continuing ongoing. Average daily volume is up to seven patients. Hospital privileges are required, and temporary privileges are available. The facility uses Epic. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered by the agency.
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible.
- Wisconsin license or IMLC.
- BLS certification.
- Hospital privileges are required; temporary privileges are available.
Responsibilities

- Perform gynecological procedures, including hysterectomies.
- Manage general OB/Gyn visits as needed.
- Work in the clinic setting with no call responsibilities.
