About The Position
Sentara Medical Group is hiring an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician for its practice in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The physician will join a collegial, dedicated team serving the community with high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting Sentara’s mission of improving health every day. Laborist support is available, and visa sponsorship is available. The position offers a permanent guaranteed base salary, potential bonuses and incentives, flexible schedules, physician time off, malpractice and tail coverage, CME expense reimbursement, and access to a fully integrated Epic EHR. The role is eligible for loan repayment and Public Service Loan Forgiveness through Sentara’s nonprofit status. Compensation for full-time employment is listed as $323,003.20–$520,436.80 annually, with possible additional compensation such as on-call pay, shift differentials, extra-shift incentives, or bonuses. Sentara Health is a physician-led nonprofit healthcare system with more than 2,000 providers. The Harrisonburg practice is located in the Shenandoah Valley, near mountain recreation, cultural attractions, James Madison University, George Washington National Forest, and Shenandoah National Park.
