About The Position
A private OB/GYN practice in a family-oriented San Diego suburb is seeking three OB/GYN physicians. The well-established practice has served the community for over 30 years and includes six physicians and three women’s health nurse practitioners. It is associated with two hospitals, each with more than 300 beds, a Level III NICU, and DaVinci robotics. The practice has a new state-of-the-art office and 24/7 OB hospitalists. The call schedule is one in six. Compensation includes a negotiable base salary of $300,000–$350,000, a signing bonus, and a production bonus. Benefits, relocation, and a partnership option are also offered.
