About The Position

A prestigious, healthcare system in the sought-after northern suburbs of Indianapolis is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN to join their collegial team. This is a unique opportunity where you can utilize your skills to work as a general OB/GYN, performing deliveries and surgeries, and also take on OB/GYN hospitalist shifts. The practice model can be customized to your passions and needs, allowing you to be a full-time general OB/GYN, a full-time OB/GYN hospitalist, or a combination of both. The practice emphasizes excellence in every delivery and true work/life balance, with hospitalist shifts designed to provide more consecutive days off, OR time, and clinic days. It is a physician-led culture with direct access to leadership within a stable, not-for-profit system that has served the community for over a century. Clinical support includes a Level II NICU, onsite surgical rooms, and a dedicated team of pediatric hospitalists available 24/7. You will practice in a full-service, 150+ bed hospital featuring private labor, delivery, and recovery suites. Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• This position cannot support Visa waivers at this time.

Responsibilities

• Perform general OB/GYN duties including deliveries and surgeries.
• Take on OB/GYN hospitalist shifts.
• Work 12 or 24-hour shifts as a hospitalist.
• Collaborate within a team-based environment.
