About The Position

Women's Pavilion of South Mississippi is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN to join their established and expanding team. This physician-led practice offers mentorship, surgical opportunities, partnership potential, and an exceptional quality of life. The practice includes 7 board-certified OB/GYN physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers, offering full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology, robotic and minimally invasive surgical opportunities with a dedicated half-day surgical block each week. Advanced women's health services include 3D mammography, fetal ultrasound, infertility evaluation, and urogynecology care. They have three clinic locations and are affiliated with Merit Health Wesley, which features a Level III NICU. Physicians benefit from strong clinical and administrative support, allowing them to focus on patient care. The practice emphasizes physician well-being with a shared weekend call rotation of approximately 1:6, a post-call day off, and dedicated weekly surgery time. Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for or holding a Mississippi medical license
• Strong surgical skills with interest in both OB and GYN care
