About The Position

OB/GYN Opportunity – Bakersfield, California. Join a growing and established multi-specialty medical group serving one of California's fastest-growing communities. Due to increasing patient demand and upcoming physician retirements in the market, the group is expanding its Women's Health service line and seeking multiple OB/GYN physicians. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians interested in helping build and shape a growing practice while enjoying the support and resources of a large healthcare organization. This is an employed position with a large, physician-supported medical group, backed by a nationally recognized healthcare system. It qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and offers a collaborative environment with strong specialist support across multiple service lines.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• California medical license or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Full-scope OB/GYN opportunity
• Monday through Friday clinic schedule
• Expected patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day once fully ramped up
• Call responsibilities shared among the OB/GYN team
• Opportunity to participate in the development of a future OB/GYN residency program
