About The Position

An established multi-specialty physician group is seeking an Otolaryngologist to build and grow a comprehensive ENT practice in one of California's fastest-growing communities. This opportunity offers significant autonomy, strong organizational support, an established referral network, and the ability to help shape the future of ENT services in the region. The position is a full-time employed role with a Monday through Friday schedule, dedicated Medical Assistant support, and clinic leadership and administrative support provided. The average patient volume is approximately 17 patients per day, with call coverage of approximately 7 days per month. The practice is a bread-and-butter ENT practice, with approximately 60% surgical and 40% clinic-based care, offering the opportunity to build and grow a thriving ENT service line within a large physician network.

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • California medical license or ability to obtain
  • New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
  • H-1B transfer candidates may be considered

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a comprehensive ENT practice.
  • Provide bread-and-butter ENT services, including approximately 60% surgical and 40% clinic-based care.
  • Perform typical procedures such as Myringotomy and ear tube placement, nasal and sinus procedures, Septoplasty and turbinate reduction, Balloon sinuplasty, Endoscopic sinus surgery, Laryngoscopy and select voice procedures, Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, Sleep apnea and airway-related procedures, and Parotid and select neck surgeries.
  • Manage an average patient volume of approximately 17 patients per day.
  • Participate in call coverage of approximately 7 days per month.
  • Collaborate within a large physician network.
