About The Position
Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield, a part of CommonSpirit®, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible ENT Physician to join their team in Bakersfield, California. This multispecialty group is dedicated to delivering excellent, whole-person care to the community, prioritizing patient understanding and empowerment. As a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation and affiliated with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital and Mercy Hospitals, the group aims to improve patient lives by combining experienced providers with those new to practice. Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology (ABMS or AOA)
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- DEA Certification
Responsibilities
- Full-scope practice, including outpatient clinic, outpatient surgery center, and hospital consults
- Focus primarily on adult cases, with occasional pediatric cases
- Emphasis on high-quality care rather than patient volume
- Precept medical students and share expertise
