About The Position

Mission Obstetrics & Gynecology, a partner of Together Women’s Health, is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to join its all-women group practice in Warren, Michigan. The practice emphasizes personalized, high-quality care and seeks a physician interested in a long-term role. The opportunity is suitable for an established physician or a recent resident seeking structured mentorship and a supportive, collegial environment. The physician will work with seven OB/GYN physicians and a women’s health nurse practitioner, serving patients across a wide range of ages and backgrounds. The practice offers a shared call rotation, a predictable schedule, and a broad scope of in-office procedures. Practice resources include an affiliation with Corewell Health William Beaumont - Royal Oak, a Level III NICU, surgical robotics, a residency program, and experienced clinical staff. The schedule is full-time and typically includes three office days, one day off, and one call day in a shared rotation. During weeks without weekday call, the schedule is typically four office days and one day off. Weekend call is 1:6. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, productivity bonuses, and partnership potential.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized, high-quality obstetrics and gynecology care to patients from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
Perform in-office procedures, including NSTs, ultrasounds (including sonohysterograms), hysteroscopies, colposcopies, and LEEP.
Participate in the shared call rotation, including weekend call on a 1:6 rotation.
Collaborate with the practice’s OB/GYN physicians, women’s health nurse practitioner, and clinical staff.
