About The Position

Unified Women’s Healthcare’s affiliated practice, Madison Avenue OB/GYN in Morristown, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician. The physician will join a compassionate, team-oriented practice focused on high-quality care and patient experiences and outcomes. Experienced physicians and residents are encouraged to apply. Madison Avenue OB/GYN has served the community for 37 years, with a focus on high-risk obstetrics and gynecological surgery. The physician will join a team of five physicians, four nurse practitioners, and nursing, medical assistant, and office staff. The practice is across the street from Morristown Medical Center, where all OB calls are taken. Surgeries are performed at the medical center and at an outpatient surgical center in the practice’s office building. The position offers a four-day work week, approximately five to six calls per month, a post-call day off, and a flexible call schedule. The practice sees approximately 25–30 patients per day and offers a three- to four-year partnership track. Clinical resources include a Level 3 NICU, a da Vinci robotic system, and residency program support. The practice is part of Unified Women’s Healthcare, a national women’s healthcare platform affiliated with more than 900 practices and 2,500 providers across 17 states and Washington, DC. Physician governance and clinical decision-making remain the exclusive domain of physicians.

Requirements

Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN.
Current unrestricted state medical license.
Current unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Provide OB/GYN care to patients at Madison Avenue OB/GYN.
Participate in obstetric call coverage; all OB calls are taken at Morristown Medical Center.
Perform surgeries at Morristown Medical Center and the outpatient surgical center in the practice’s office building.
