About The Position

We are seeking an OB/GYN Physician for a Locum Tenens position in Tallahassee, FL. This role involves providing 24-hour beeper call coverage for obstetric and gynecologic patients in a hospital setting. The physician will manage labor and delivery, perform deliveries, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The coverage period is initially 3 months, starting May 25, 2026, with the possibility of extension. The facility has 288 hospital beds, including a 10-bed Level II NICU, and utilizes the Meditech EMR system. Specialty backup from CNMs, pediatric hospitalists, and 24/7 anesthesia is available.

Requirements

• Active FL license required (IMLC accepted)
• Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Active FL DEA required
• Minimum 2 years recent OB hospitalist experience with case logs
• Must have practiced as OB hospitalist within past 2 years
• Hospital Privileges Required
