Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a nonprofit health care organization whose mission is to provide exceptional health care to people facing access barriers through clinical programs and education. Peak Vista is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc, (AAAHC). The ideal candidate is passionate about improving access to high-quality women's health care and making a meaningful impact in the community. This physician will join a collaborative team of physicians, certified nurse midwives, and advanced practice providers dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered obstetric and gynecologic care. Candidates should embrace a team-oriented approach while supporting Peak Vista's mission of serving patients facing access barrierS. The OB/GYN Physician provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in an AAAHC-accredited outpatient clinic and hospital setting. Responsibilities include preventive women's health services, prenatal care, labor and delivery, postpartum care, gynecologic surgery, and management of acute and chronic gynecologic conditions. The physician will provide full-spectrum general OB/GYN services and should be comfortable performing vaginal surgery, pelvic prolapse repair, and surgical treatment of urinary incontinence. This position includes participation in a shared 24/7 call schedule with a team of five physicians. The physician is responsible for maintaining clinical productivity, completing timely documentation, participating in quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams, supervising clinical staff as appropriate, and supporting Peak Vista's mission, organizational goals, and commitment to exceptional patient care.
