About The Position

Oak Street Health’s 12-month paid Nurse Practitioner Fellowship in Adult Primary Care is offered in formal collaboration with the University of Michigan School of Nursing. The program is based in a value-based care model that emphasizes quality of care over volume. Fellows develop the skills and support needed to become confident, competent clinicians for older adults. During the fellowship, they build their own patient panels, learn from multiple preceptors, and participate in didactic learning designed to build on their graduate education. Fellows are expected to work at Oak Street Health for at least one year after completing the program. Cohorts begin in September and March each year. The role is located at the North Linden clinic in Columbus, Ohio, and is listed as full-time at 40 hours per week. The annual salary for this location is $100,000; the broader stated pay range for the job grade is $87,035 to $187,460. Oak Street Health provides personalized primary care to older adults on Medicare. Its community-based care model prioritizes quality and population health, supported by small patient panels and interprofessional care teams.
