About The Position

Oak Street Health’s New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship in Adult Primary Care is a 12-month paid program developed in formal collaboration with the University of Michigan School of Nursing. Set within a value-based care model that emphasizes quality over quantity, the fellowship helps new nurse practitioners build the skills and confidence to provide primary care to older adults. Fellows develop their own patient panels, learn from multiple preceptors, and participate in didactic learning designed to build on their graduate education. The program offers two cohorts each year, beginning in September and March. Fellows commit to working at Oak Street Health for at least one year after completing the fellowship. The annual salary specified for the Warwick, Rhode Island location is $110,000; the listed pay range for the job grade is $95,738–$206,206. The role is full-time, with 40 anticipated weekly hours.
