About The Position

Oak Street Health’s New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship is a 12-month paid adult primary care program developed in formal collaboration with the University of Michigan School of Nursing. Set within a value-based care model focused on quality rather than volume, the fellowship provides skills, support, and learning to help new nurse practitioners become confident and competent clinicians for older adults. Fellows build their own patient panels, learn from multiple preceptors, and participate in didactic learning that builds on their graduate education. The program offers small patient panels, interprofessional care-team collaboration, and dedicated teamwork time. Fellows must commit to at least one year of Oak Street Health employment after completing the fellowship. Cohorts begin in September and March each year. The annual salary listed for the Warwick, Rhode Island location is $110,000; the broader posted pay range for the job grade is $95,738 to $206,206.
