About The Position

As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance team, you will configure Nuvolo capabilities to meet documented business and technical requirements and support implementation activities. The role involves working with project stakeholders to identify, document, and refine requirements, organizing the product backlog around delivery priorities, testing initial builds, and recording test results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration issues and help deliver technology-enabled transformation for clients.

The role is part of Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice, which serves federal, state, and local government clients as well as public higher education institutions. Deloitte’s ServiceNow offering designs, implements, and delivers strategies and technologies intended to improve the efficiency and value delivered by enterprise IT functions. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in Nuvolo configuration and implementation.
• Ability to travel 25–50% on average, based on the work and clients and industries or sectors served.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
