About The Position
The Pines at Rutland, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is hiring an evening-shift Nursing Supervisor (RN). The supervisor leads an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and support residents’ health, comfort, and well-being. The role includes oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations. Requirements
- Valid state nursing license.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Interest in the nursing needs of older adults and chronically ill people, with the ability to work with both.
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a long-term care setting preferred.
Responsibilities
