About The Position

The Nursing Supervisor leads an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and support residents’ health, comfort, and overall well-being. The role oversees facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations. The position is full-time, scheduled 11 p.m.–7 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, at The Pines at Bristol in Bristol, Connecticut.

Requirements

• Valid state nursing license.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in the nursing needs of older adults and chronically ill individuals, with the ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree or certification.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
