Nursing Supervisor - Part Time, Every Other Weekend
About The Position
HRI Hospital is seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor to work every other Saturday and Sunday from 7pm to 7am. There is an opportunity to pick up additional shifts as needed on the weekdays and the opposite weekend. HRI Hospital is a 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. Requirements
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- BSN required
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility required
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
- Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations
- Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
- Provide milieu management
