About The Position

A Great Place to Work Hebrew, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is hiring a full-time RN Nursing Supervisor for the 11 p.m.–7 a.m. shift at its West Hartford, Connecticut center. The supervisor leads an interdisciplinary team in providing exceptional care and supporting residents’ health, comfort, and well-being. The role oversees facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and pays $50.00–$54.00 per hour.

Requirements

Valid state nursing license.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Interest in the nursing needs of older adults and chronically ill individuals, and ability to work with both.
Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree or certification preferred.
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities
