Nursing Operations Support Rep
About The Position
The Nursing Operations Support (NOS) Representative acts as a resource on multiple units for Mission Partners, patients, visitors, and family members, responding to general questions and assisting with information and way-finding needs. The representative provides unit support and guidance about other OSF facilities and service areas, coordinates and may assist with patient transport needs, provides local area directions, and advises people about accommodations and amenities. The role uses various software to provide assistance and complete assigned tasks. This is an hourly position with expected pay of $18.27–$20.29 per hour. Actual pay is determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of experience in office, hospital, administrative duties, customer service, and computer knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Ability to reason, interpret, and evaluate situations to provide assistance and resolve issues.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
