About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for the overall operation of the facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations. The administrator will create an environment that engages and motivates staff, fostering a culture of person-centered care, trust, communication, and collaboration to provide the highest quality of care to residents and their families.

Requirements

2-4 years’ previous experience in a long term care environment, preferably as Administrator or Assistant Administrator
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
Current unencumbered Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator’s license
Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Nice To Haves

Experience in a union environment
Documented successful track record indicating a working knowledge of State and Federal regulations relating to nursing homes based on past Department of Health Services survey results
Specialization in healthcare administration or business administration
