About The Position
Lincoln Tech is seeking registered nurses with a BSN or MSN to teach in its Practical Nursing program. No teaching experience is required; training will be provided to help new educators succeed. The role involves teaching in classrooms and/or clinical sites, supporting students as they develop nursing skills, and preparing them for careers in nursing. Multiple positions are available.
Requirements
- BSN or MSN.
- Active RN license in New Jersey.
- At least 3 years of recent clinical experience.
- Proficiency with technology.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Med-Surg or long-term care nursing.
- Teaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and effectively deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or clinical sites.
- Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites.
- Teach nursing techniques and provide sufficient practice for students to develop skill proficiency.
- Evaluate student learning outcomes and maintain accurate student records.
- Prepare students for a career in nursing.
