About The Position
Lincoln Tech in New Britain, Connecticut, is seeking Registered Nurses to teach in its Practical Nursing program as Nursing Educators or Nursing Instructors. The role is full-time and on-site, with a Monday-through-Friday day schedule. No prior teaching experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. Educators deliver nursing instruction in classroom and clinical settings, supervise students at clinical sites, and demonstrate hands-on patient care. They teach nursing techniques, assess student learning outcomes, and maintain accurate records while preparing students for nursing careers.
Requirements
- BSN or MSN degree.
- Active RN license in Connecticut.
- At least 3 years of recent clinical experience.
- Background in Med-Surg, Long-Term Care, or similar areas.
