Nursing Educator - Full Time

About The Position
Lincoln Tech is seeking a registered nurse with an MSN to teach in its LPN program. No teaching experience is required; training will be provided to help the successful candidate become a Nursing Educator. The role involves teaching nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or at clinical sites, supervising students, and preparing them for careers in nursing. The schedule is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- MSN.
- Active RN license in Rhode Island.
- Five or more years of recent clinical experience.
- Proficiency with technology.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Med-Surg or long-term care nursing.
- Teaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and effectively deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or clinical sites.
- Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites.
- Teach nursing techniques and provide students with sufficient practice to develop skill proficiency.
- Evaluate student learning outcomes and maintain accurate student records.
- Prepare students for careers in nursing.
