About The Position
Lincoln Tech is seeking a BSN- or MSN-prepared registered nurse to teach in its Practical Nursing program. No teaching experience is required; training will be provided to help the successful candidate become a Nursing Educator. The schedule is Monday through Friday. The role involves delivering nursing curriculum in classroom and/or clinical settings, supervising students, demonstrating patient care, and helping students develop nursing skills and prepare for careers in nursing.
Requirements
- BSN or MSN.
- Active RN license in New Jersey.
- At least 3 years of recent clinical experience.
- Proficiency with technology.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Med-Surg or long-term care nursing.
- Teaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and effectively deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or at clinical sites.
- Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites.
- Teach nursing techniques and provide sufficient practice for students to develop skill proficiency.
- Evaluate student learning outcomes and maintain accurate student records.
- Prepare students for careers in nursing.
