About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking a BSN- or MSN-prepared registered nurse to teach in its LPN program. No teaching experience is required; training will be provided to help the successful candidate become a Nursing Educator. The position involves teaching nursing curriculum in classrooms and/or clinical settings, supervising students, and preparing them for careers in nursing.

Requirements

• BSN or MSN.
• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• At least 3 years of recent clinical experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following: Medical-Surgical, maternity and pediatric, or long-term care nursing.
• Proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and effectively deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or at clinical sites.
• Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites.
• Teach nursing techniques and provide students with sufficient practice to develop skill proficiency.
• Evaluate student learning outcomes and maintain accurate student records.
• Prepare students for careers in nursing.
