About The Position
Trellis Supportive Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, an inpatient hospice facility in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The role is full-time on days, working 36 hours per week from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The schedule repeats every six weeks, with three scheduled workdays each week. The role offers purpose-driven hospice care, time to provide patient-centered support, and a collaborative, team-focused workplace. Annual flu vaccination is required during flu season unless a medical or religious exemption applies. Trellis Supportive Care is an equal opportunity employer.
