Nursing Assistant Hospice Inpatient Facility (Weekend Days)
About The Position
Trellis Supportive Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, an inpatient hospice facility in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This is a full-time weekend Baylor day position, scheduled for 36 hours per week from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The position includes a weekend shift differential and additional Baylor pay. The role is part of a mission-driven, collaborative team focused on purpose-driven hospice care and patient-centered support.
