About The Position

Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide (also referred to as CNA, Caregiver, or Resident Assistant) to join the team at Lexington Landing, an assisted living community in St. Paul, Minnesota, offering Assisted Living and Assisted Living with Memory Care, as well as Independent Living. The role provides high-quality personal care and services to residents in support of their Personally Designed Living choices, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices. The position is part of a close-knit, community-based team focused on enriching the lives of older adults. PHS is a faith-based nonprofit organization whose Christian ministry values and mission guide its work. The current opening is a part-time NOC shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., including every other weekend and a holiday rotation.

Requirements

Demonstrated competencies in person-directed and elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self-leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate with all customers.
For Assisted Living, caregiving experience is helpful but not required.
