About The Position
The Home Health Aide – Assisted Living provides personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain clients’ physical and emotional well-being. The role is based in assisted living and is scheduled for 32 hours per week (.8 FTE), from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sholom is a mission-driven nonprofit senior care provider in the Twin Cities offering services across the continuum of senior care. Requirements
- Home Health Aide certification and/or competency testing is required.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of Home Health Aide or NAR experience is preferred.
- Current CPR certification is preferred; if not certified upon hire, CPR certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

- Provide personal care to clients.
