About The Position

The Home Health Aide – Assisted Living provides personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain clients’ physical and emotional well-being. This position is scheduled for 24 hours per week (0.6 FTE), from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sholom is a mission-driven nonprofit senior care provider in the Twin Cities offering services including independent living, assisted living, memory care, hospice, and home care. Requirements

Home Health Aide certification and/or competency testing is required.

Nice To Haves

Six months of Home Health Aide or NAR experience is preferred.
Current CPR certification is preferred; if not certified upon hire, CPR certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
