About The Position

The Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, also called a Resident Assistant, provides high-quality personal care and services to residents in Assisted Living and Assisted Living with Memory Care. The role supports residents’ Personally Designed Living choices while following regulations and established best practices. St Andrew’s Village is a community in Mahtomedi, Minnesota, with a close-knit, supportive team and opportunities for movement and growth. The posting lists three part-time openings.

Requirements

• Demonstrated competencies in person-directed and elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate with all customers.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience is helpful but not required for Assisted Living.
