Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) Program
About The Position
Three Rivers Care in Centralia, Washington, offers a four-week CNA program hosted onsite at its facility. The program includes two weeks of classroom instruction followed by two weeks of hands-on clinicals. Employment opportunities at Willapa Harbor Care are available after completing the classroom portion, and full-time CNA/NAC positions are open to program students after clinicals are completed. Tuition is fully covered, and the NAR license and state test fees are sponsored. The facility is a state testing site, allowing students to take the test in the classroom where they trained. Written-test preparation and skills labs are provided. After completing the two-week classroom portion, participants receive $20 per hour while completing clinicals. After obtaining a NAC license with the state, the wage increases to $22 per hour. Employment offers are contingent upon background check results.
