NAC/CNA Program
About The Position
Three Rivers Care, a Caldera Care facility, offers an onsite, four-week Nursing Assistant-Certified (NAC) training program. Tuition is free and covers the application fee for a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) license, the NAC license, and state testing fees. Students receive test-preparation assistance and hands-on skills lab training. Those who successfully complete the course are offered a full-time position at Three Rivers Care. NAR employees earn $20.00 per hour, increasing to $22.00 per hour once the NAC license is active. Class space is limited, and interviews are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. After applying, candidates will be notified of upcoming class dates.
