About The Position

Friendship Village Chesterfield is hiring a part-time RN or LPN to provide high-quality care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The available opening is for the night shift, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Night shift differentials are $3 per hour during the week and $4 per hour on weekends.

Requirements

• Current, active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates the highest level of customer service and responsiveness.
• Ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care team members.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
