About The Position
Cypress Cove is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants to provide care to residents in its Assisted Living and/or Memory Care buildings. CNAs support residents’ physical and emotional needs, provide assistance with activities of daily living, and build positive relationships with residents. The position pays $16 per hour, with compensation based on experience, and offers multiple shift availability.
Requirements
- Valid Florida CNA license.
- Interest in and compassion for older adults.
- Patience and excellent communication skills.
- Time management skills to ensure residents receive the best level of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide caregiving services to residents in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care, including assistance with activities of daily living.
- Help residents prepare for and escort them to meals, activities, social programs, and appointments.
- Observe residents and respond to call bells promptly to determine their needs.
- Maintain residents’ comfort and safety.
