About The Position
Pomeroy Living is seeking a Nurse (LPN/RN) for its assisted living community. The role plans, coordinates, and manages the nursing department; oversees nursing care and services for residents; supervises nursing staff and caregivers; and provides leadership when higher management is absent. The position calls for compassionate care, leadership, and collaboration with residents, families, and the community.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current RN or LPN license in Michigan.
- BLS certification.
- Assisted Living experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the nursing department.
- Oversee nursing care and services for residents.
- Supervise nursing staff and caregivers.
- Provide leadership in the absence of higher management.
