About The Position

At Greencroft Goshen, we are seeking a Day Shift Nurse Unit Manager / Nurse Team Leader who enjoys mentoring clinical teams, collaborating with coworkers, and creating a positive experience for residents and families alike. This role is ideal for an RN or LPN who values teamwork, communication, and meaningful leadership in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana
- Leadership mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members across all shifts
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing
- Understanding of MDS and care planning processes
Responsibilities
- Guide and support the daily clinical operations of the rehab unit
- Assist with prioritizing resident care needs and team workflow
- Help ensure documentation and clinical practices remain compliant with state regulations
- Serve as a resource and support system for residents, families, and team members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality resident outcomes
- Foster a positive, resident-centered environment focused on compassion and accountability
