About The Position
Trueman Pointe, a skilled nursing facility in Hilliard, Ohio, is seeking an experienced, energetic RN or LPN Unit Manager to assist the Director of Nursing in leading nursing services delivered to residents. The position provides direct nursing care and helps oversee the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of resident care. Weekend on-call rotation is required.
Requirements
- Be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
- Have at least 1 year of acute care, long-term care, or geriatric supervisory and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare-certified facility.
- Have excellent computer and communication skills.
- Be able to follow established federal, state, and local rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in directing, coordinating, and evaluating nursing care services provided to residents.
- Implement nursing services, objectives, and standards, and resolve resident care issues.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Ensure residents’ confidentiality and privacy rights are observed and enforced.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in the facility.
