About The Position

Telecare’s Oregon ACT #204 program is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to provide nursing leadership in a community-based Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program. The role combines clinical nursing, behavioral health, team leadership, and community-based care. The supervisor leads a nursing team of three Registered Nurses integrated across two multidisciplinary ACT treatment teams, working closely with clinicians, case managers, prescribers, and other behavioral health professionals. This is a full-time, 40-hour salaried position with typical Monday–Friday hours of 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. A scheduled leadership on-call rotation is part of the role; rotations are scheduled in advance, and the employee must remain available to respond to program needs during assigned rotations. Because ACT services are community based, the position provides services and support in a variety of community settings. The Nurse Supervisor provides clinical and supervisory leadership while remaining connected to member care. ACT brings services to members in the community to support medication management, physical and behavioral health needs, recovery goals, community stability, and wellness.
