Lorenz Clinic of Family Psychology is hiring a Community Partnerships Coordinator to maintain referral relationships with clinics, practices, schools, and programs in the southwest metro. The coordinator will manage a portfolio of referring offices, follow a year-round contact schedule, and help ensure referral partners receive timely information about what happens to families they refer. The role is relationship stewardship, not sales: there is no quota or commission, and referrals are requested rarely and plainly. The work includes approximately 25 contacts per week, about half in person, with morning calls and visits to three or four offices most afternoons. The coordinator sends a weekly Monday availability bulletin, asks partners how the clinic is doing and what it could improve, records feedback, and follows through. They maintain relationship records in the CRM without entering client information, share useful updates and resources with offices, and coordinate conversations between referral partners and clinicians. The coordinator also confirms that families referred the previous day were scheduled on the first call, escalates scheduling issues the same day, and sends and records clinician-written clinical summaries with family permission at intake, changes in level of care, and discharge. Weekly contact counts are reviewed together, and the coordinator helps produce a monthly report connecting new clients to referral relationships. The position is full-time, salaried, and in person at a southwest metro location; it is not remote or hybrid. The role is supervised closely at first, with less supervision as the employee takes on the work.
