Residency Program - New Nurse Graduates
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care offers a paid Nurse Residency Program for nursing graduates who have scheduled or passed the NCLEX in the United States. The program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC) and prepares new graduates to provide home care through six weeks of training, paid training and shadowing, and access to adult and pediatric simulation labs. Nurse residents provide one-on-one nursing care to clients of all ages and with varied diagnoses and acuity levels. BAYADA matches residents with cases near their homes and provides around-the-clock clinical support by phone. After the training program, residents have flexible scheduling and use Statewise electronic charting. The position also offers weekly pay and a $1,200 nursing referral bonus.
Requirements
- Current, valid U.S. nursing license.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
- Scheduled or passed the NCLEX in the United States.
